Top Six - March 15

So what’s hot, and what’s not, in the past week’s blogging? Here are the six most popular posts on Zelo Street for the past seven days, counting down in reverse order, because, well, I have to be out and about later. So there.
6 Special Delivery For Rupert Murdoch Alastair Morgan delivered a letter to News UK’s headquarters on the anniversary of his brother Daniel’s murder, asking his cooperation with the panel Inquiry looking into the killing. This asked Rupe to do only one thing - the right thing.
5 Sarah Vine - Pants On Fire Mrs Michael “Oiky” Gove shrugged and suggested that it was “the newspapers” that brought attention to Mil The Younger not being married back in 2010. Er, just one, Sarah - the one you write for.
4 Guardian Interviews Blogger Shock Horror The deeply subversive Guardian carried an interview with, er, me. This exhibition of free speech was too much for some, and there was much whingeing as a result.
3 Miliband Kitchen - Press Hypocrisy Amid all the leering and cat-calling at how the Labour leader equips his house, nobody managed to notice that he and his wife paid for it themselves, while Young Dave billed the taxpayer for £30K for updating the Downing Street flat he occupies, the centrepiece of which was … the kitchen.
2 Guido Fawked - Petition Busted The perpetually thirsty Paul Staines and his rabble at the Guido Fawkes blog were so quick out of the blocks in their efforts to show support for Jeremy Clarkson that they did not bother to find out what he may have done to get himself suspended by the BBC. If the Mirror story is true, they may have approved a racially aggravated assault.
1 Sarah Vine Kitchen Hypocrisy Sarah “Vain” Vine, in sneering about Mil The Younger and his kitchen arrangements, talked of her own ten year old kitchen. That would be the one that Michael Gove charged to the taxpayer - before the MPs’ expenses scandal, and his having to pay it back.
And that’s the end of another blogtastic week, blog pickers. Not ‘arf!
