Top Six – September 8

So what’s hot, and what’s not, in the past week’s blogging? Here are the six most popular posts on Zelo Street for the past seven days, counting down in reverse order, because, well, I have to venture out later. So there.
6 What Special Relationship? Here are several occasions where the United States has not quite been in our corner since that phrase was coined.

5 Israel, Murdoch And An Oil Well Approval has been given for drilling – but on occupied land, ownership of which is disputed. And look who’s on the advisory board of the company doing the drilling.

4 Boris Has Got To Be Kidding London’s occasional Mayor Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson talked complete rubbish about the Commons vote on Syria, which just happened to chime with the rubbish being talked by the paper in which his column appeared.

3 Bias At The BBC – Debunked Again The supposedly statistically sound CPS report on alleged BBC bias was once again filleted, this time by the LSE Media Policy Project.

2 Toby Young MP – Or Maybe Not The loathsome Tobes is being lined up by like minded characters on the fringe of the Tory Party as a candidate for the Hammersmith constituency in 2015. Bring it on, chaps.

1 Frost, Nixon – And Toby Young Tobes wanted to know why Frostie was not nicked for paying Tricky Dicky to appear in Those Interviews. There were rather obvious reasons why not. Even many commenters at Telegraph blogs poured ridicule on him.

And that’s the end of another blogtastic week, blog pickers. Not ‘arf!
